Assisted Living Facility Acquired in Ravenna, Ohio

The S.A.I. Group acquired its third assisted living facility through purchase of a two-building property with a current capacity of 34 private units. The property is located in Ravenna, Ohio, approximately 20 miles northeast of Akron. Previously operating as two licensed adult care facilities under the common name of Brookside Assisted Living, the facility will be renamed as Alpine House of Ravenna. Through building and operational changes, Alpine House of Ravenna will upgrade its license to a residential care facility through the Ohio Department of Health, enabling it to provide more services than previously offered. As part of its expansion plans, Alpine House of Ravenna intends to join the two currently separated buildings and up its total capacity to 42 private resident units by the end of this summer.
